Neutral with a Point of View
Full Home Remodel / Iowa Falls, IA
This young family bought a home with great bones, but the layout needed to better reflect the way they live. We gutted the kitchen, transformed two main-floor bedrooms and a bathroom into a primary suite, designed custom cabinetry throughout, and updated the finishes with a warm, timeless palette that feels comfortable and practical for family life, but never boring.
Old-Soul Charm, Fresh Start / Greenfield Cottage
New-Built Custom Home / Greenfield, IA
After their much-loved home was destroyed by a tornado, this couple chose to rebuild on the same site with a home designed for the next chapter of their lives. Working in collaboration with an architect, we created a single-level custom home with a carefully considered layout that supports everyday life now and makes it easier to remain comfortably in the home for years to come. A modern cottage character comes to life through an unexpected mix of finishes and textures, creating a home that feels comfortable for everyday living while still offering plenty of room for the whole family to gather.
Butterflies & Merlot Equal Drama
Powder Room Remodel for V & Co Design Showroom/ Iowa Falls, IA
Small rooms are often the best place to take a risk. In the showroom powder room, brassy butterfly-wing wallpaper meets deep merlot millwork, dark walnut, and an oversized organic brass mirror. The result is rich, dramatic, and a little unexpected, with classic elements that give the space depth and character.
