    Floor plans, lighting plans, wall elevations, cabinetry and tile layouts - to clearly communicate the design to your contractor and tradespeople.

    Finish & fixture Schedules

    Selection and specifications of all interior and exterior finishes and fixtures, organized in product schedules by category and room, and referenced on the construction drawings to make ordering and installation a breeze.

    Furniture selection

    We select and customize furniture from upholstery, to dining tables, to area rugs, and window treatments. When the home is ready to receive them, we will have them white-glove delivered, installed, and styled for you.

    Product Purchasing

    Our team will place and track orders, coordinate delivery with vendors and a receiving warehouse when required, and handle any issues with the products purchased through V & Co.
